Not sure what to say?

Has it really been so long? It seems like just yesterday when you left us. I’d love to hear your take on these crazy times we live in. I’m sure your remarks would be both full of humor and energy. Joe never did anything with half measures. Watch over us dear cousin. We could use some help.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to joes family. He was my lifting coach at elder as well as a great man and a kind friend.you made a great impact upon many and will be missed greatly.mike sulken

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Jimmy, Kelly, Jill and Gerry,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time, we have good memories to hold on too, just so many miles away. (Dale) - remembers his handshake - "just about broke your hand" (Clara) kindness, fun times growing up as cousins, visits in Cincinnati , ( Michelle) - always made me laugh, I thought he was so handsome....meeting his beautiful daughter my long lost cousin....
We love you all - hold on to the good - Peace Dale, Clara, Peter ,...

To the Brink family, you have our deepest sympathy. Sorry we could not make the service for Joe. Joe and the family will always be in our prayers. I will miss that smile and laugh at the Elder football games. I was honored to sit next to Joe at the Elder football games and looked forward to Friday nights at "The Pit". He would always tell his stories of his days at Elder, either in the classroom, football field, or baseball diamond and they never got old. Joe also would talk about the trips...

Today's memorial service was heart warming, inspirational, and a well deserved tribute to a really good guy.
So many great memories of Joe and our early years together.
My heart felt condolences to Gerry and their beautiful children and grandchildren.

I just found out about Joe. To Joe's family - I am so sorry to hear this. Your dad trained me at the gym and I also go to the Vineyard. Joe was an amazing spirit - always smiling, always encouraging, funny as heck and I loved him. I will miss him and his smile and his kind heart. He's dancing with Jesus now with that big ole smile on his face.

Cousins are very special people in our lives. Joe has been a part of mine for as long as I can remember. He was an inspiration to me and to many others during his time among us. We should all hope to leave the world and those around us just a little better as he did. Joe found a way to make a difference no matter what. When one door closed in his life he just found a way to pry open a window somewhere else and kept on. You will be missed and you will be remembered Joe. Via con Dios.

Joe has been my friend, as well as a patient for decades. I will always remember his great smile, his physical strength, his generosity, and most of all his kindness to all of us who had the pleasure of knowing him. God bless "my friend of the heart", Joe Brink. My deepest condolences to all of his family members.
