Not sure what to say?

Mr. Brinkerhoff was one of the finest teachers I had at Utah Technical College. He was able to make a complex equation easy to understand. He was a very gifted teacher.

Hey, Jo! You can bet I remember your hubby very well, from years back. We both taught school at the Salt Lake School of Electronics, and then at Weltech College. What a great guy,
don,t know anyone whose company I enjoyed more. If I remember correctly,
Joe left the school in about '64, and went to teach at (then) Trade Tech. I
moved to California to work at Ampex.
What I remember is that Joe had a wonderful sense of humor, always would
take time to talk with me, and had...

I have been blessed to have Joe as a father in law. So glad I am part of this wonderful family.

I've already posted a note to Jo, but I have to add this addendum. My voicemail message says, "I must be out goofing off somewhere." I "stole" that from Joe. That's what his message said, and I LOVED it, so I've now made it mine. Thank you, Joe -- for everything!

Joe was a wonderful man. I first met him after returning from my mission and starting school at the Utah Technical College. He gave me guidance as to how to proceed in my electronics career. Latter in life I had the privilege to be in the same ward with Joe and Jo, their son and daughter-in-law. He will be missed. He was a great example of goodness and love. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family at this time of loss. Alan and Sue Hyer

I grew up next to the Brinkerhoffs and have not known a more friendly neighbor or friendly man he would always stop and talk or wave as I left my moms house. you will be missed.

Thank you for the many years of being a great neihbor showing our family kindness and friendship. We will miss you and wish your family well.

Your next door neighbor, Dolores

To the Brinkerhoff family, I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. I've known this man my whole life......all my childhood memories have one the Brinkerhoff members in them!!

I can still hear his voice calling out from the house to us kids sleeping out in the backyard, "Alright, now you kids quiet down and get to sleep." I have so many memories growing up next door to Brinkerhoffs and Mr. Brinkerhoff at the head of the family responsible for their home being open to all of us. I am so grateful for the lessons of life I learned from this man and his family I will forever be in your debt.
