To Lynn, Joe Jr. and the Brock family. My deepest sympathy for you loss. I left a note here when I heard the news, but for some reason it didn't process. Joe Brock was fair, honest and consistent in the decisions he made in life. He was a great friend, a strong leader in the Philadelphia area for the teamsters. He was a fellow trustee on a number of different funds but more than that he and Lynn were great companions on trips and vacations.
