I can still remember Joe and his big impish smile. He was a joy to be with. He always had a smile and a wisecrack ready for a friend or a stranger. No one could deny he had a heart of gold. He will be remembered for the good times, God, I am sure is having a great time with him there.

I was saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Joe was an affable aand good natured guy. His team at Allied always got the job done correctly, on time and in budget. When Joe and Allied were on the job there were no worries. You should all be proud of him.
