A great neighbor and a wonderful friend.

The best friend that I ever had! I will carry Joe in my heart for the rest of my life and, perhaps, we will again in Heaven! Al Tusin

I feel the pain and loss of my dearest friend, Joe, and the only thing worse would be if I never knew him at all. We shared many things in our relationship and the memories will be with me until it is my time to join him! I have had very few true friends in my life, but he was Number One to me. I couldn´t go to his funeral, but I will forever carry the grief of his passing! I pray that one day we will again met in the afterlife! Farewell, dear friend! Al Tusin

In memory of my best and oldest friend. Rest in peace. I´ll miss our telephone conversations, and always remember the fun we had as younger men working together.

I´ve lost my "brother". I never had a brother, but Joe was, indeed, mine. My wife, Jan" and I have prayed for him since hearing of his passing. We wanted to go Joe´s funeral, but we don´t drive distances well at our age, but we will pray for his soul, at the same time as he is being interred! Jan & Al Tusin

My best friend ever! He would always watch your back! He was my mentor in business and in life and I will never forget him! We weren´t able to say our goodbye personally but, in my heart, he will never be forgotten! Rest in peace, dear friend!

Thank you for your very brave service to our country ! God bless you

We are saddened by the passing of Uncle Joe who was truly a gentleman and told many an entertaining story. He showed grace and dignity to all and he will be greatly missed by his whole family. God bless you, Uncle Joe, and may you rest in eternal peace. Our deepest condolences to his family. With love, Diane and Jim McPhail
