Mr. Bullock was a calm and kind scout leader who had a positive impact on Troop 76. When he spoke, we listened, knowing his words would be wise. He touched my life in meaningful ways, as I´m sure he did for so many others, and I´ll always remember him as a positive and inspiring role model. To Dave and the entire Bullock family, please accept my heartfelt condolences. I am so sorry for your loss.

I remember Joe very well from Norwich Tech. He was a really good guy, never got into any trouble (unlike me) I never saw him get mad or lose his temper. One of the really good guys.
