Not sure what to say?

Joe Was a wonderful person and a great friend. I think of him often I wish he could have been named General Manager of KAPL. He would have been the best manager in the History of the Lab.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Dr. Joe Bulmer. Unfortunately I was in the hospital and unable to attend any of the services for him. I worked for and with Doc during his entire tenure at HVCC and always admired his dedication to the college, his vision for it's future, his committment to the potential of higher education, and his untiring work to reach that potential. The college, and all those who worked with him, are the better for having known him. I know that you all have many...

Dear Joe (Boomer),
My deepest sympathies are with you and your family in the loss of your father and also the recent loss of your mother. I hope you find comfort and strength knowing you're in the thoughts and prayers of so many people.

To the Family of Joseph Bulmer:

My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to you during this time of great sadness. I did not have the priveledge of serving the college under his term as President but was fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet him on several occassions. He always struck me as a caring, compassionate man of great character. I am glad to have had the chance to cross his path and know a portion of the legacy he has left behind. He will surely be missed by many. Please...

I was very sorry to learn of Doc's death. It is very difficult loosing a parent and having lost your mother fairly recently makes it even more painful. Those who knew him knew how much he treasured his family. I worked at HVCC during his entire presidency and know that he was a brilliant man but also a very caring and dedicated man. He set high standards for all of us who worked for him but he also cared for the employees, the students and the community. His intelligence, vision,leadership...

Paul, Leslie, Laura, and William,
My family and I send our thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time, and we want you to know that if there is anything we can do to help, please don't hesitate. We are thinking of you.
Love,
Amber and Greg Jones

Doc was a wonderful man and a great administrator. He left a legacy here at HVCC that has had a positive impact on many people, faculty, staff and students, or to just talk, maybe have a cup of tea. We were sorry to see him retire. The college flourished under his leadership, and we all felt we could talk to him at any time. He was always interested and very visible, coming around to show off our programs and students. He was always the first to offer praise and encouragement. He'll be...
