Joe it is very easy to understand why friends and family love you and miss you so much. It isn't your great success in business, although that probably helped shape your personality, it was your spirit, your love of life and the people in it.

My next door neighbor and classmate at St. Gerard's. Although we had lost touch my memories of Joe were fond ones. He and his family were good and gracious neighbors and they were always so good to our Mom. My thoughts and prayers accompany you on your journey.

Joe, I love you, and will miss you greatly, seeing your smiling face, and ambitious drive, When I would drive from Orlando to meet you at the Old New York New York you would always greet me with "Hows my Boy", and a hug.
