I sat by Joe for several years as we worked on the U.S Navy NALCOMIS project in the early 80´s, Joe was very helpful to me in every way!, he was a great and warm person, his personality made you feel welcome, he adored his son´s Andy and Tony he would always talk about them and other family members, I´m very sadden by this news, may GOD bless him, rest in peace JOE, as you are comforted by the hands of GOD.
