Joseph Michael Calhoun

I cant believe that Joseph is gone. I have only seen a few of my classmates in recent years. I remember seeing Joseph, I think it was sometime this year. I smiled and made eye contact but did not engage in conversation. Now I wish I had. But from now on when I see a classmate whether I remember their name or they remember me or mine, I will make conversation and let them know, "I REMEMBER YOU!!". So it's not too late for me to say Michael, as I knew him, "I REMEMBER YOU!!". Bless the Calhoun...

The last time I saw him I called him Michael and he said the name is Calhoun. That sense of humor will be missed

To Mrs. Ruby Moore & family. Words cannot express the shock of hearing about Michael's passing. I knew him from High School, and I thought he was a very kind and gentle person..always smiling. He is with the Lord now,and he is at peace. May the comfort of the LORD always abide with your family in the days to come when it's too hard to bare. Remember when it's too hard for you, it is just right for GOD. Always think about that smile and your precious memories of him...it will make it so...

Wow. So totally unexpected. Its hard to believe. I pray peace that surpasses all understanding to your family and many of us who knew and know you.

For 30 years I was guaranteed at-least 1 phone call w/o fail on my Birthday. When I did not get my call last year I knew something was wrong, and when the SW VS Central game came around and still no call it was confirmed something was wrong! And now some 8 months later 1 of my most dearest friends has gone home to be w/the Lord!! RIP my dear friend.......I will miss you dearly!!!
