My deepest sympathy to the family and to his godson whom I met while I assembled his obilisk and grave sight. Joe was a pleasure to work with.

Great memories with Joe and Dora. I loved working for Joe as a teenager when they lived in Davis Island. After sweeping the parking lot at his apartment complex we would go over to Dora's sister house Mary Valenti and have spaghetti and homemade meatballs. What a treat! Amil and Loraine (Jacobs) Rose wish to extend our deepest sympathy to his wife Dora. While living in Tampa. we visited them several times when they lived at the beach and will have fond memories of those times. God bless him always.

I will always remember Joe as a friend. He was special. He always was kind to others. His love for Dora was a lovely visual. His love for his heritage was tremendous. When I was President of the Ladies, Aux. he always supported us. We became great friends. He was truly a kind soul.
