Never be forgotten you wonderful man
April 22, 2020
Joe and his family arrived on Penn Avenue the same year we arrived with our Dad Joe. I never saw him without a smile or a kind word - he'd give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. His quiet and gentle demeanor never wavered - the best neighbor and friend anyone could hope for. We are all so lucky to have known him. Ella and I send our deepest sympathy to Rita, Joe, Tom, Mimi, Kim and all his wonderful grandchildren. Thank you for sharing him with us.

I remember Joe as an exemplary coach in the CYO youth program at St. Charles Parish. My prayers and deepest sympathy are with your family at this difficult time.
