Not sure what to say?

Mr. Canamucio had a profound effect on my life. I know it was his influence that led me to become a software engineer and, later in my career, a rocket and satellite scientist. Thank you, Mr. C!!!

Mr. Canamucio was my favorite teacher because he really cared if we learned what he was teaching us. If I didn't understand a concept, I lifted my left eyebrow and he immediately reexplained it. I was so grateful to him for that and also for picking me to be the Feature editor of the 1961 yearbook. Mr. Canamucio was the best teacher I had! I was in the class of 1961 from Nether Providence High School and thanks to him, I became a software engineer and, for the last seventeen years of my career, a rocket and satellite scientist!

Mr C was without a doubt my all time favorite teacher during my high school career. Our nickname for him was moose. He was a great teacher and I learned a lot and carried it to my college math classes. We liked him so much our Senior year several of us got him a bottle of his favorite whiskey recommended by Joe Profetta and came to the house to surprise him for Christmas. He was a great guy May he rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to the Canamucio Family for the loss of your loved one, Joseph, Sr., and pray God gives you comfort, peace and strength.

I loved Math, because he made it exciting. His enthusiasm made me love numbers, so much so that I took an MBA in Finance at the Wharton Graduate School! He will be missed,
Maryfrances Davis

Mr. Canamucio started me off at Nether Providence HS in wonderful fashion on my way to a career as a mathematics teacher for 42 years. I appreciated his enthusiasm, knowledge, and inspiration. I am very sorry for your loss.
