Not sure what to say?

I thought of another great memory that I wanted to share. When we would come visit, I would go into his study and look through all his medical books (usually the pitures). I think that influenced me to go to nursing school. Also, I remember the wonderful aroma of slowly simmering spaghetti sauce on the stove that he was cooking. And then a delicious meal would follow later in the afternoon.

Dear Nippy, Susan, and Adelaide.
We are so sorry we could not make it to your Dad's Memorial Service. He was such a special man. You have been in our thoughts and prayers and we cherish the times we were all together. Adelaide, so glad we got to talk to you. You all hold a special place in our hearts.
Love, Ed and Carolyn

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Dr. and Mrs. Canipelli were always so nice to me as a child, welocoming me into their home, and were my favorite of my Grandmother's friends. I am happy to see he had such a nice long and fascinating life.
Love,
Sally (Malone) Peter

Susan
I am so sorry for your loss, and I know that the medical community in Jacksonville would not be the same without your dad. I am sorry that we did not spend more time together as we got older, but am thinking of you at this time.
I will never forget coming to your house as a "young'n" and riding the tractor and fishing in Oretega Creek.
Love to your family and sorry I can not make it to the service.

Dear Susan,
I enjoyed hearing about the stories of your father. I know this is a difficult time. What a legacy he has left in the field of Medicine and Jacksonville. I am glad he is at peace and with your Mom. I know he will never be far from you, his spirit will live in you, and his grandsons and soon to be great grandson. I will continue to pray for all of you at this time.

Dear Nippy, Susan, and Adelaide
May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived. I am imagining Daddy greeting Joe and reviewing old times together. Please know you are in my thoughts. Love, nicki
