Please accept my sincerest condolences on your loss. Joe was a good man, a good friend and a dedicated and devoted cop. Joe was from the old school always willing and able to offer his experience to fellow junior officers. He was truly a cop's cop! R. I. P. My friend. God Bless You.

A great Cops Cop. Real stand up guy and always there to back up a fellow police officer. I worked the same patrol squad with Joe for many years and had some great memories. My deepest condolences to his family.
