You are all in my mind and heart. Having lost another icon of Falmouth - my dad, Ray Jenkins - I can only commiserate and add my condolences.

The entire family has made so many contributions to the culture of Falmouth.

And, after all, I was the catcher to have ever caught Jodi (Jrs) only no-hitter ever pitched!

The community has lost a very special person, as well as a very special father and grandfather.

I first met Joe and his wonderful wife Blanche, over fifty years ago, where we lived in the same Falmouth 'neighborhood'. Because of their participation in the local sports scene, we became very well acquainted with the family, including their wonderful children, Judy and Jody.

Let us never forget all of Joe's contributions to the community and to those whose lives he...
