Mr. Joseph E. Carr, III--A 1983 retiree of Alcoa where he spent 33 years in labor law and relations, passed away in Mobile on Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at the age of 82. He was a long time resident of Pawley's Island, SC. Mr. Carr was a graduate of Dickinson Law School and a veteran of World War II....
