Joseph E. Carter

Joseph E. Carter, age 63, of Glenwood, died Saturday, March 29, 2008.

He was born on October 24, 1944 in DeQueen, Arkansas, the son of Edward and Betty Jean Carter. He was preceded in death by his wife and his parents.
