Dear Caspers:Marcie and I were out of town last week and just heard of Joe's passing.We are very sorry to get such news.Our prayers and condolences to all in the family.

Casper's company has always been a great community partner. It's support of the Tampa-Hillsborough Urban League is greatly appreciated. Understanding that generosity and philanthropy must come from the top, we know that Mr. Casper's heart was golden. Our condolences to his family, his colleagues and his employees.

Joe's life would not have been complete without the love you two shared, and our deepest sympathies go out to you. We who knew him and were fortunate enough to work with Joe are all a lot better because of him. He'll never be forgotten. And did we have some serious fun, or what??
