Not sure what to say?

I knew Joe when we were both stationed at Northwest Naval Station. I remember his 240Z that he fully restored. He loved that car. I have a copy of his first book "Simply Sweet and Sometimes Sour". I remember him as a soft spoken, deeply caring man that everyone who ever met him instantly liked. I and many of your shipmates will miss you Joe. Fair winds and following seas. - Aki

I met Joe in Orlando the summer of 1986 where we both attended a reorientation back into the Navy after a break in service. I remember visiting family friends of his in Vero Beach who had a private air strip and biplane. I live in that area now and wonder where that was. It was so long ago! He was our Joe-Joe, and we all loved him so much. He will be missed terribly ❤
