Joe was one of the first people we met in the neighborhood. He would always have time to stop what he was doing to have a cha when we would walk by his house on one of our neighborhood walks, or if he happened to be driving by. There are just some people who are immediately likeable, and Joe was definitely one of those people. He soul and spirit will live on in our neighborhoo.
