Joe was a great guy and loved his family more than anything. He was my manager at Toms River Auto Mall. He taught me well, he was also my friend. Even though we haven't seen each other for yrs since I moved to TX I still hear his sweet voice. My condolences to his wife, kids and family. love you always Joe.

Joe and my Brother (the late)Thomas Cooper were high school friends. Over the last few years I reconnected with Joe through business and was able to share some old stories of Tom and Joe and the old days.
