I just came across Joe's funeral notice. I was a friend of his when he lived in Matawan, N J. In 1972 I moved to Florida and we lost touch with each other. He was a good friend to myself and many others. So sorry for your loss. He will surely be missed by all! Ray Siegelski.

Joe, so sorry to hear that you have left us. I was glad to have met you, and the few times we had conversations, I enjoyed them very much. I will miss you, and do look forward to being reunited with you one day.

Even if we didn't meet a lot, I wanted to tell thank you Joe, for making us lucky to have Emeka in our lives. I send a lot of love to your family to help them through the pain of your loss.

I didn't have the chance to meet him but i do have the chance to know Emeka. And only a good man can have risen someone like her. All my thoughts to his family.

RIP Joe. I was always glad to see you show up on jobs. Your quiet, positive personality and great work ethic was appreciated by all. Never a bad day.
