I offer my sincere condolences to the Chuhran family. "Pops" was a hoot, and I loved our great talks underneath a tree at WPC or leaning against his bumperless old car. I drive a bumperless car now too, thanks to his lovingly, cranky persuasion. He is the only one who could call me "hey girl" and get away with it. Pops will be missed by me and many others at WPC.

Joe is an unforgettable soul, I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers

My deepest condolences to the Chuhran Family, Joe aka Pops as we called him here @ W.P.C. was a very quite, fun, caring & kind man to me & he would let you know he wasn't to be messed with LOL. Yes he loved all the stray animal's we would see when I worked out in the field on the truck with him...we had lots of fun & laughs. When we were young, we would walk near the
the railroad tracks and had many great conversations at Mandalay. Joe had a sense of humor as well as being kind and sincere. I will
