Mrs. Cioci, Joe and Stacey, I am so sorry for your loss. When I think back and remember him whether it be from our Little League days, Cub Scouts, delivering the paper or out at a local restaurant, I always see him smiling. I always felt a sense of calm and safe about him and from the postings here, I see he easily conveyed that to others as well.
