Linda and Family. We are sending our thoughts, prayers and love to you. Joey was always so friendly whenever we saw him. We usually ended up at the grocery store at the same time. Always loved talking to him and we remember his kindness. He fought a good fight.

I met Joe 17 years ago when I started with VAMAC. He and I worked together in Richmond and we quickly became friends. One of the most humble and genuine man I have ever known. Loved him like a brother and will always remember him. Will see you again my friend one day, save me a place at the table.
