Not sure what to say?

On the eve of the first anniversary of Joe's passing the words of the song "Peace Be Still" come to mind. The infinate Atonement of Jesus Christ proves us comfort and peace, knowing that Joe is in his Fathers loving arms. "And all shall sweetly obey His will, Peace, Peace... be still."

Our prayers are continually with you.
Lovingly,

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Combs-
I am deeply saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Although it has been a few years since I was his elementary art teacher, I distinctly remember him as a kind, respectful, delightful young man. He even privately advised me a bit on asian adoption, as I was in process of getting my son from Taiwan Joe's last year of elementary school. RIP Joe... I am soo sorry for your loss, Mr. and Mrs. Combs...

Ted and Liz,
I don't have the words to express how very sorry I'am. I didn't know Joe well, but, he was always a bright spot at scout meetings. Always polite and kind. My hope is that GOD will see you through the pain.

Joe will be missed very much. He was a good friend to Ryan. Our thoughts and prayers will be with your family. Joe will never be forgotten.

My God give your family the strength that you all will need to face each day. I pray that together you will be blessed with Gods grace and the watchful hand of your beloved son.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

We are sorry to hear of Joe's death. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Joe was always a bright spot for me whenever I used to go to his house to visit with Zach. I remember him as a sweet, energetic young man who always wanted to grow up too fast. Joe touched all of our lives in one way or another. Your entire family and all those touched by him will be better off having known such a wonderful young man. I am so sorry for your loss, for all of our loss. You will all be in my prayers, and may God guide you through this seemingly impossible time.
