To Cindy, children, Harrison, Niles: I am so sorry for the loss of Joe he was a very special person. Whether in Philadelphia, Delaware, or any campus in New Jersey he always had a smile on his face, and loved to talk to everyone. He will always be missed and remembered.

Cindy. Please except our heartfelt condolences for you and your family. Joe was a special person who could always bring a smile to any room he entered. He was not only a co-worker, but also a friend. We regret not having seen him recently, but our thoughts have been with him and all of you. God bless and may He keep Joe safe and pain free.

Joe was the strongest man i've ever known,he was clearly a fighter, a man you would admire if you had the pleasure to know him. He loved to "tell it like it is, like it or not, no hold barred. To me, he was a hero, he always pushed himself to the limit no matter how bad he felt. He will surely be missed by myself and i'm sure, many many fortunate souls he's touched throughout his journey of life.God bless you Joe, Rest In Peace.I Will Remember You Always, Janice

To the entire family:
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Joe really always held a special place in my heart. I think about him often...I always thought he was a stand up guy. I will never forget how he once told me, "Do not lie in sales; just be straight out and upfront." (I think he helped me in my career) Loved that partner in crime!
He is in a better place I am sure! Maybe that place needs him more than we did.
