Carrie and I will miss him so much. I will never forget "Joe the plumber" sitting on the aft deck of our boat laying his plan for a retro fit. He started the next day and never left. Joyce, we love you and our heart goes out to you. Joe will always be with us in our hearts.

Joyce, John and I are very saddened to know that Joe passed. He started most of my days off with a warm heart as he waved to Grace (my Afghan Hound) and I or he stopped to discuss HOA business with John. I saw an ambulance on Friday and told John my prayers are that it's not someone we know. Our prayers will be with you and your family. Kind regards, Diane and John Voll

Joyce, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this rough time.
