I send my sincere condolences to the Cortellino Family. I am a Filene's Credit Union Member and single parent. Mr. Cortellino was very friendly and helpful to me when I applied for a credit loan. Mr. Cortellino will be missed.

I knew Joe because I am a FFCU credit union member and I am very sorry to hear of his passing. Joe was very kind and patient with me while I was going through a financial rough patch several years ago. It was Joe's kindness and trust that kept my car from getting repossessed. My condolences to Joe's family.

I was greatly saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Joe and I were college roomates 40 years ago. He taught me cribbage and bridge, two important skills in life. I always enjoyed his good humor and sharpe intelligence. Sadly we drifted off to our lives loosing contact and a good friendship. Joe and I reestablished contact just months ago. I was looking forward to years of a renewed friendship. Well, goodbye my friend.

To the Cortellino Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss, Joe was a wonderful man that I had the pleasure of working with in the Filene's credit department as well as dealing with him as a member of the FFCU. May you have comfort in knowing he is in a better place with a front row seat watching all the great old time Yankees play ball. He will be missed and always remembered. Always keep him in your conversations and he will live on forever in your hearts.

As a member of the Filene Federal Credit Union I knew Joe for many years. I will truly miss him when I visit the office. He was so quietly kind and gentle. He always had a smile for me. His good and gentle nature was a model for us all.

My sincere condoleneces to his family and co-workers. I know he will be sorely missed.

Joe will be sadly missed at Filene Credit Union. It won't be the same around here without Joe's fun spirit, his laughter and his great stories of all his adventures.

May it help to know that friends are sharing the sorrow in your heart. I worked at Filene's and was a member of the Filene's Credit Union from the day I started. It was always such a pleasure to work with Joe. May time accomplish what no words can do.

Joe and I attended BU Law together and we were on the same study team for many years. He was a good friend and will be missed.
