Not sure what to say?

As we approach the anniversary of Joe's passing, the thought of Joe Cragan still brings a smile to my face. I very much enjoyed his humor and are times together. He remains in the hearts of Many

I was very sad to see My favorite teacher and friend had passed away. Joe was my mentor and the sole reason I made it through high school. He saw potential in his students and always showed that he really and truly cared about them. We once talked about both of our callings to be a priest. He became a minister of Gods grace and love to his students. I became a Christian minister of Gods grace and truth. God used Joe powerfully in giving hope to those who needed love and hope. i am sure when...

Just yesterday I heard the news of Joe Cragan passing. I was instantly shocked and saddened with the news.
He was my salsemanship teacher and business teacher at BHS, not to mention my favorite of all the teachers I have had in my life.
I met my high school sweetheart in Joe's sales class, we constantly were getting in trouble for chit chatting! Joe knew how much we loved eachother, never did he separate us in class. After college my high school sweetheart became my husband, Joe...

Joe Cragan was my typing teacher at BHS. He always encouraged me to continue on after high school and go to business school, which i did in California and became an executive assistant. I wish I had known he was working later on at LHS, as I live right down the street. Would of loved to see him. My heart goes out to the family of such a wonderful man who touched so many people's life's. Joe you will be truly missed. May God bless you. Love and Light,

It was with shock and deep sadness I learned of Joe's passing. I will always remember how just the sight of Joe coming down the hall would wash away the weariness and stress of a day of teaching! One of the warmest people I have ever known. May comfort come to all those who loved him. Remember the good times.

Joe Cragan was one of my favorite teachers. He was much more than that as he took me under his wing with an understanding and care that too few had. I was bullied a lot and had many person and had many personal issues that I tried to hide since 5th grade. Mr Cragan was once of the few adults that noticed or cared, being able to see when I was down; offering encouragement and uplifting words. I have no doubt he did this for many through his teaching and counseling years. He was all to rare of...

Mr. Cragan was a wonderful man and a wonderful teacher, he was one of my favorites at BHS, he always stood up for the underdog. I am blessed to have known him, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Colleen McCarthy Stevanovich BHS class of 82

My thoughts and prayers are with Barb and the family. I worked at BHS with Joe for many years. I will miss our golf outings and his colorful stories.
Rest In Peace, Joe.

What a wonderful man Joe Cragan was. I did not know him beyond high school but the words I hear others speak about him do not surprise me from what I knew. He reached out his loving guiding hand and supported me in following what I loved for work and believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. I always felt safe around Mr. Cragan. You always knew he had your back. What a great man. Blessings to all who love him. Namaste
