Joe was a good friend and co worker. Many years Joe and I went in his Parks car and marched in the St. PATRICKS DAY PARADE In MANHATTAN. Joe was a very funny guy. Sometimes Joe would ride a horse . Sometimes Joe would walk with his schillelagh. After the Parade we would go have a corn beef sandwich at the Checker HOUSE in Central Park. Both of us loved Black Jack. I dealt Black many years ago.
