I was friends with Peter and came by the Curro's house often growing up. He was always around, helping the family and working on the house and cars. He was an exceptional card player and always welcomed us to join in a game of whist. He was so good and I was nervous to me his partner - he would let you know if you played a wrong card! Joe was our neighbor from our growing up days. If I put up the hood of my car, Joe would be across the street in our driveway in seconds. To see whether he could help with any car problems. It felt like he had radar. And that was true for all of us, when we got our first cars. ... Joe and our Dad, Charlie O´Leary, were especially good friends and neighbors.
