Joe was a vibrant and exciting addition to the Class of 1978 at Proctor Academy! We had an amazing football season and Joe was a huge part of that success! I tried to reach Joe unsuccessfully last year to let him know he was being inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Proctor this past June! Please let me know where I should send his plaque and I will have the school send it along!
