Not sure what to say?

To Darla and Darcy,

I just learned today of Joe's passing. My sincere condolences.

I often joke that the leading cause of death is birth. We are born to die, but nevertheless it is sad for the survivors who must cope with their loss.

There are some people I can't imagine being sick let alone dying. Joe is one of those people whose personality was so alive, death can't be an option.

Please be well.

All my love,
Leo Petrini

May all who read about the loss of your loved one continue to share soothing words of comfort. May the prayers also be said to and for you.hm

Lots of years ago, but nevertheless a sincere condolence on the death of our Jaycee friend, Koe.

Dear Joe, my mind is overflowing with too many words and fond memories to convey here. Most memorable about you is your warm smile, your laughter, and your kind eyes. The knowing glances shared during meetings. Being chauffeured in your spiffy cars to JFCS events. A shared lunch atop Mt. Washington after a networking event on a beautiful afternoon. Words of wisdom shared with clients and colleagues. The pride you took in your career path, your family and daughter, your cars, your clients'...

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on, God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. (Psalms 116:15)

Life is but a vapor. As we travel through it, some of us are fortunate enough to meet people who give you that feeling that, "life is worth living". Joe and Darla were two of those people whose company I always enjoyed. May Joe rest in peace in the arms of a loving God, and Darla may you find comfort in your family and in knowing that you married one of the sweetest guys on the face of the earth. God bless all of the D'Anna family.

Your old friend.
Dick Joseph

I so appreciated Joe's positive attitude and willingness to help as a colleague when I was at the Career Development Center. His balance of being practical and caring was a blessing to so many.

Dear Darla

We just learned this morning from brother Tom.

God bless you for caring for Joe as you did.

Thank you both for the help you gave us 43 years ago.

You two have always been giving people.

May you both be rewarded with peace

Love

Paul and Jane

Joe and I worked together at JFCS Career Development Center. I learned so much from him that made me a better career consultant. It's what I learned from him during his physical challenges that showed me true examples of strength, leadership, and faith. Thank you Joe for positively impacting my life.
