Joe was one of my favorite people that I've ever met. He would come into town occasionally, and take us out to dinner at Tony's restaurant. I ALWAYS looked forward to it. He was such a sweet, giving, and very funny person. I was proud to call him a friend of mine. I will miss his Rodney Dangerfield impersonation, his stories, and his company.
