What a great guy. I was a sales representative that called on Joe as a purchasing agent for Dominion Power. He was a joy to call on and always helpful and extremely competent. I knew he moved from Virginia to Louisiana but lost contact. My condolences go out to his family.

I haven't seen Joe in ages. Iremember him as a smart, cheerful guy. It looks as though he lived a great life. I only wish that we could have been more of each other and shared jokes and parenting stories. Joe was a True friend and classmate in Geneva High. Blessings to his family.
