Not sure what to say?

You were really an amazing man! Thank you for all the great times that we had together. I have always appreciated your knowledge of history. You were an inspiration to all of us, especially to me. Rest in peace Grandpa. I love you and I miss you. You were a true gentleman.

Deepest condolences to the Davis family on their loss. Joe was a dear, kind man and will be missed by many.

Miss you Dad!

Alaeloa will miss Joe, he was a true gentleman. Our aloha reaches out to Marge and family.

I had the privilege of working with Joe & Marge on the design of their home in Laguna Beach. I agree with the description of Joe as the kindest, most gentle man to know. Marge and Joe were such delightful people to work with; so accomplished, yet so kind. I am so grateful to have been part of their story, and will always cherish the time spent together as both clients and friends. Joe will be missed very much. My deepest condolences. Vickie, your father was a charming man. I consider myself fortunate to have met him. I know he was a true gentleman, honest and considerate because I see those qualities in you. :) You were well-raised. Much love. RIP. We will meet again in heaven.

My father was a very kind and generous man who remained positive about life.
No matter how difficult his situation,he never said a negative word about anything or anyone. He taught me by example about honesty, hard work, and dedication. He aways treated others with respect and kindness. I feel very blessed to have had such a wonderful father.

It was such a pleasure to have known and worked with Joe!

Joe and Marge
We have always looked forward to our phone conversations and enjoyed talking to you both right up until late last month. It was indeed a pleasure to visit you two---first in our close-by residences in Fullerton; and then later after your move to Laguna Beach.
As we reminisce, our couple dinners together bring back fond memories of good food and fun times of the past. We cherish these memories.
Joe, you looked great when Gayle was privileged to visit you at your home...
