My name is Donald Isler, Jr. and we live two houses down from where Joe grew up. He was friends with my grandmother and her brothers and sisters. The Heniff family. My wife and I met Joe about three years ago at the Heniff family reunion. My great Aunt Marie Hannigan (Heniff) has altimers disease and hasn't recognized anybody in years.
