We were all so sad to hear that Joe lost the battle, but we will remember him for his significant contributions to NAVFAC and the Norfolk Naval Shipyard during his career. He was a dedicated and skilled engineer, supervisor, and manager and a person of integrity and commitment.

Very sorry to hear Joe has passed. He was a great guy at work. A dedicated professional. On top of that, he was a good friend. Always there to help and made work a little better with him there. He will be missed.
