Dear Mr. D.
It seems like yesterday I remember you teaching me how to play the saxaphone,Honestly, I didn't enjoy it much at first but when you showed me I began to realize how much fun it was to play. Thank you for showing me how to enjoy music and have a new approach to it. I send your family my deepest sympathy. I know that you are in a better place.

Mr. DePietro:
Thank you for sharing your talent of music with Dennis, Dan, and Derek. Our prayers go out to your family.

Mr.DePietro was an excellent music teacher. He taught me alot about music including how to play a saxaphone. Just wanted to show some love. Michael Bowman

Mr.D,
I was a student of yours at Dr. Weeks and Lincoln ('89-'93). You taught me everything there was to know about playing the trumpet while I was under your instruction. You helped me with my music and developing my technque even after the fact I had moved on to high school. Everytime I had a problem you always had time to help. It was greatly appreciated! Thinking back to those days brings a smile to my face. All the little wise cracks, the time you tape my nose shut so I wouldn't...

Dear Depietro Family & Friends,
What I can I say, Joe was the greatest person on this earth. We are so blessed to have known him. Joe used to play at the Old Beefsteak Mining Co. Resturant. He went under the name Joel Peters so the girls wouldn't keep on calling his house. And with that we named one of our twin sons Joel. We will also never forget Joe's version of
"Bad Bad leroy Brown" which he would always sing as "Bad Bad Ronnie Fire the badest boy in the whole dagn town". ...

So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I met him many years ago at Joe and (my sister) Lisa Piraino's wedding. He always had a smile on his face every time I've seen him since and I know Joe P. loved him like a brother.
