You taught so many people so many things and you were able to teach me what is important in life and did so by example. I could not have asked for a better role model. Papa was the best grandfather a kid could ask for. Ill never forgot all of the support he has given me throughout life, he was always there to cheer me on during all of my sporting events and changed my mindset on school and education. Dear DeSario Family,
I was one of the kids in Joe's classroom in 4th/5th grade at the Sarah Greenwood in Roxbury MA. I still remember him very clearly as the best classroom teacher I had in K-12. He was a terrific guy, as I'm sure you know better than I. I'm 61 and a professor at the Univ of Chicago and he still has been in my thoughts. God bless his memory and all of you.

Certain people are meant to do certain things. Mr D was born to be a school principal. His passing is a tremendous loss for the Town Of Braintree, his family, countless friends, and all the children who were lucky enough to attend HIS school.
