We are shocked and saddened at Joe's passing as we saw/spoke to Sue & Joe @ Scott Houghton's (Sue's Brother's Memorial) this past Summer. Joe was a genuine friendly soft spoken person & devoted Family man. Our thoughts & prayers for Joe and with Sue, Joey & Ryan. Therese & Peta Cooper (2nd & 3rd Cousins)

Joe came from good stock. First a family man and also a good provider, and such a friend of many. Surprisingly handy, I mean just surprising in many ways. Smiles and laughter. My kids too loved you Joe...high praise in my eyes. Sara and I loved you too. Aloha

I grew up with Joey and knew him all my life. He was the most soft spoken person I knew next to his Father. He epitomized graciousness. He will be dearly missed as our World needs more people like him.
