My deepest condolences to Joe DiFrancesco´s family. I first met Joe when I was a rookie cop, and he was the epitome of what a good cop, and good person, should be. We crossed paths many times during my career and every contact with Joe reinforced that belief. May he Rest In Peace and he will be remembered with admiration and respect .
