I had the opportunity to know Joe what an amazing and exceptional person. Nothing held Joe back he continued to fight his way through even though at times he didn't feel like it. He will be missed sorely. My deepest sympathy is extended to his family and to JoAnn. RIP Joe it was a pleasure!
