My fondest memory of Mr. DiMambro was when I went home for a visit from Louisiana & he told my best friend Rose that he wanted to make me a homemade italian meal..& it was more than I ever expected but the best part was I had never been to the house since I was 19 & I truly believe that he was honored that I had come to find out where he came from and to me that was an honor... & being mexican I wasn't sure what to expect...but we were made to feel like we were familia and when he served us...
