Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Doering and family
We are shocked to hear of the passing of dear sweet Joe. He was our "tax guy" for 30 years, thought he always would be. He was invested in our family too, even checked on us during the terrible fires in Ramona. He was a blessing and we will miss the time we won't be able to share with him while doing our taxes. Our prayers are with your family during this time.

Dear Vivian and Family,

It is a shock to know what you have had to experience in losing Joe. The family here in Alton/St. Louis feels this loss deeply. Our prayers are with you all. God knows that we will always have each other to the end of the age. Joe's eternal rest comes with the promise that we will meet him when the end of our days arrives. It gives me comfort to know that Jesus was awaiting Joe with a hug, and that we will one day share in that heavenly love.

Dear Vivian and Family,
Joe was well versed in tax law, and was a kind and joyfull person. I will miss him, as I know many others will. I wish you God's blessings.

Dear Vivan and Family,
My sincere sympathy to all of you. The suddenness of Joe's leaving us is best for him, but those left behind are still in shock. Know he went straight to heaven and is at peace.
Will keep you in our prayers.

Dearest Vivian and family,
While we can't be with you during this sad time, we send our love, thoughts and prayers to you all. I am so grateful that Joe and I had a chance to see each other again and will treasure that memory.

Dear Vivian, I was so sorry to hear of your loss and to offer my condolences to you and your family. Joe was a mentor of mine at the state CSEA meetings. He took me under his wing, and showed me the ropes. He was truely a wonderful person and his loss will be felt by many. He will be remembered in my prayers.

Joe was both a gentleman and a kind man. I was honored to get to know him as a fellow tax professional. As I drove to Escondido for the CSEA meeting Wednesday night I was looking forward to seeing his smiling face, and was shocked to hear of his passing. I will pray for you Vivian that God will give you strength and comfort!

Dearest Vivian: I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a true gentleman. It was always a pleasure seeing him at the Law Library's annual Witkin Awards dinner. The first time I met Joe was at the Witkin dinner. We all sat together at the North County Bar table. I remember Joe ate his dessert before his entree and I thought to myself, "There's a man who knows how to enjoy life!" Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. I know your faith and your family will help you through...

Dear Doering Family:

We are so very sorry to hear of Joseph's passing. He was a very kind and gentle man and it was always nice and comforting seeing you and he at mass. He will be greatly missed. Your kind and generous gift of scholarship money for our daughter back in 2007 has helped her continue her college education and for that we will always be grateful. Your family is in our prayers.

Love,
The Moreno Family
