I first met Joe over 40 years ago while working a college summer job at Nackie Paper Company. He and I worked together in the cutting room and I'll never forget his reaction to my playing music (current hits at the time). Needless to say...he wasn't a fan! Joe was known as "the golden arm" on our dart ball team at St. Pius. We didn't win a lot of games, but, I think we had the most fun of any team in the Diocese, and Joe was always a big part of making it so. He was a man of enormous character - always very kind - with a sharp wit and a wonderful sense of humor.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Joe's family, especially his kids. He was always so proud of you and spoke of you often. I hope you understand how positively impactful...
