Joseph K. Dorio

I first met Joe in 1976 when he was working for Derf Nolde at the store. Derf asked me to come to work as a tuner for him and I frequently communicated with Joe by phone and during visits to the store. I always enjoyed Joe's company and felt welcomed by him. As the years went by, and with his purchase of the business, Joe's affable ways and devotion to good service continued to earn my respect, admiration and recommendations, and we grew to be good friends. My sympathies go out to everybody. Joey's been my best friend for years and I'm glad I had the honor to be introduced to his dad a couple of times.

Twice he was crazy enough to allow Joey and I and a couple of friends spend weekends there playing paintball in the woods behind the house. We were loud and we ate like horses, but he laughed and joked around like he was one of us.
