It was an honor and a true pleasure to work with Joe. I will always remember his kindness and patience when trying to teach us the net building craft he had so thoroughly mastered. My condolences to all who knew Joe.

Very sad to hear of Joe's passing. My condolences to all of the family. I have fond memories of working with Joe during his career with Fisheries. He made sure everyone at the Rose Lake warehouse was fed well - awesome fish fry's and cakes. I am blessed to have known a very honorable man.
